By using FashInn (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
FashInn is provided by HunnyHun for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. photos, closet items). You grant us the rights needed to operate the service (e.g. store, process, and display your content within the app). Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
Paid features are subject to the applicable subscription terms and payment processor (e.g. App Store). Refunds are handled by the platform. We may change pricing or features with notice where required.
You may delete your account at any time via the in-app Delete Account option. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for other reasons. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data and deletion.
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Fashion and styling suggestions are for inspiration only and do not constitute professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, HunnyHun and FashInn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the current terms on this page.
