FashInn (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Who we are

FashInn is a fashion and outfit app offered by HunnyHun. By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect and process the following in connection with the app:

• Account information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive an identifier and, where provided, email address and display name.
• Profile and preferences: Name, style description, gender, age, and moodboard or style choices you set in the app.
• Closet and outfits: Photos of your clothes and saved outfit combinations that you add to the app.
• Usage and interactions: How you use the app (e.g. liked or disliked outfits, swipe and trend activity) to personalize recommendations.
• Selfies and photos: Photos you upload for outfit or styling features, stored only on our servers and used to provide the service.
• Device and technical data: Device type, app version, and similar technical data to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use your information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve FashInn (closet, outfits, recommendations, and related features).
• Authenticate you and manage your account.
• Personalize content and suggestions (e.g. daily swipe and trends).
• Process subscriptions and support where applicable.
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored using industry-standard providers (including Firebase/Google Cloud). We use authentication, encryption in transit, and access controls to protect your information.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only:

• With service providers that help us run the app (e.g. hosting, analytics), under strict confidentiality.
• If required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• With your consent (e.g. when you use a “share” feature).

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with law. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion permanently removes your profile, closet, outfits, preferences, and other account data from our systems. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and data at any time via the in-app Delete Account option. For other requests, contact us using the details below.

8. Children

FashInn is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
